Mentre insegue il suo sogno d’infanzia di diventare cantante e performer, sopravvive con la prostituzione e sogna di trovare l’amore della sua vita con l’aiuto di rituali afro-brasiliani. Il film è un ritratto psicologico di una persona complessa e contraddittoria che riflette le speranze e i sogni  in modo eccessivo.

“Kelly” is a film about a person who lives in a foreign country and in a foreign body.Kelly is a Brazilian transgender person who found refuge in an Italian holiday village. While pursuing her childhood dream of becoming a singer and performer, she survives on prostitution and dreams of finding the love of her life with the help of Afro-Brazilian rituals. The film is a psychological portrait of a complex and contradictory person who reflects human hopes and dreams in an excessive way.
